An Exciting November TBR!

I’m gonna start this by saying I LOVE NOVEMBER!

The year is coming to a close and this month holds a very special place in my heart, not only because of my birthday, but also many other things that make this time of year so exciting. There is nothing that can take out the enjoyment of this month from me. At least that’s what I hope, things at work have been very tripsy and everyone is on their toes.

So, in order to not let my spirits drown on work drama, I decided to read some good stuff (quite a vague characteristic, if you ask me) for this month. Starting with some that I left over from October and into my most expected read of the year; let’s get on to the list, shall we?

Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo

May I say… what a gorgeous cover.

Leigh Bardugo is one of my favorite authors and I’ve been looking forward to this release since it was announced. I’ve seen mixed reviews so I’m excited to get into this story and hopefully get hooked.

Got this almost by the end of October but I can’t wait to goosh about it! I have faith that Bardugo has done it once again and I’m gonna be craving for more the moment I reach the end of this.

Good Omens by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman

I was going to wait to get myself a physical copy of this but I don’t think that’s gonna be possible.

So yeah, I watched the Amazon Prime adaptation and LOVED IT. I know the book is somewhat different. But that is not gonna stop me from wanting to read the source material. I loved the characters on the show, and now I wanna extend that love to the book counterparts.

Call Down the Hawk by Maggie Stiefvater

This right here is my most expected read of the year. I’ve been following up on this book ever since Maggie twitted she had outlined the dreamer trilogy and been screaming ever since it was a thing that would happen.

My Owlcrate can’t get soon enough to my doorstep and I bet my hands will shake the moment I see the box. Ronan, Adam and Opal were some of my favorite things from The Raven Cycle and I love them so dearly and I excited to see even more characters.

Sadly, this is a very short tbr but I’m trying to take in consideration the length of Call Down the Hawk and the fact that it might take a while to get here. Damn you, international shipping.

I also have some arcs queued that I should get to as soon as possible, else guilt is gonna make me trip. I’m super pissed at myself because I got an arc for The Guinevere Deception on Netgalley and my mind just poofed that information away and now it is archived and lost in the sea of lost opportunities.

I want to know what others are reading, so if you want to share I’d love to see into your tbr as well!
